Yoga has been such a wonderful experience for me! The poses and breathing really help all parts of my life! My home life, my professional life, and my personal life. During yoga class, I was able to let the "weight of the world" fall off of my shoulders for a couple hours a week. I was "fully present" during most classes. Along with the peacefulness and spirituality I felt during yoga class, I developed increased strength, stamina, and flexibility. I can't believe how flexible I am! I do know this: My experience with yoga has been a positive one. The philosophies and practices have impacted my life in a long-term kind of way. I know that I am a better person now that yoga is a part of my life.
