Anthony- I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed my first Yoga class! I live with unbelievable back pain (sciatic nerve), but decided to try the exercises anyway. I'm glad I did, because I left with NO pain! Now, I'm sure regular practice will help my back problems long-term. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's class. Thanks for your fabulous instruction and for making my first class understandable and easy!
