When I leave your classes I always have to readjust the mirror in my car, because I sit so much taller after just an hour and a half. I have taken yoga at other studios, and I really benefit from your approach of combining yoga postures with instruction in meditation and relaxation. The classes are different each week and I never get bored. I have confidence now that I can practice on my own because your instruction is very affirming and you've helped me learn to listen to my own body. Finally, I'm acquiring tools to manage my stress, which is really important because my job is so demanding
